Pricing questions
How quotes, diagnostics, and Apple Authorised pricing work.
Repair costs vary depending on the device, model, and fault. For products without fixed pricing, we assess the device first and confirm the cost before any work is carried out.
Apple Authorised repairs use genuine Apple parts and approved processes. Lower-cost repairs may use non-genuine components that can affect reliability, performance, and future support. You can also read our guide to why Apple Authorised repairs can cost more.
We charge a diagnostic fee to assess some devices, especially where the fault needs to be confirmed first. If you proceed with the repair, that fee is credited towards the final cost.
