What are your opening hours?

Our opening hours are Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM, and Saturday from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM. We're closed on Sundays. We usually open on bank holidays but please check first.

Can TekStore perform AppleCare+ and in-warranty Apple repairs?

Can I purchase products online and in-store?

Yes, you can purchase products both online and in-store.

Do you sell new or refurbished/renewed products?

We sell both new and refurbished/renewed Apple products.

We also sell Apple Custom to Order machines (CTOs).

If we don't have what you're looking for in stock, let us know and we can usually get products for next day - new or renewed.

How do I book an appointment?

You can book an appointment online through our website or by calling us directly.

Do you offer same-day repairs?

Do you offer Buy Now Pay Later (BNPL) options?

Yes, we offer BNPL options via PayPal and Klarna.

How should I prepare my device for repair?

Before bringing your device in for repair, please disable "Find My," back up your data, and remove any personal information to ensure a smooth process. Remember to bring your charger. Check our guide here

How long will my repair take?

Most repairs are completed either on the same day or by the next day, depending on the issue and parts availability.

How can I check if my device is still under warranty?

You can check your Apple device's warranty status by visiting the Apple Warranty Check website and entering your device's serial number.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept various payment methods, including cash, credit/debit cards, including AMEX and Buy Now Pay Later options.

Do you charge for delivery?

We offer free delivery on orders over £100, providing added value to your online shopping experience. Under £100 delivery charges vary based on the destination and size of the item and will be calculated at checkout.

Do you provide a warranty?

Yes, we provide a minimum warranty of 3 months for repairs and a 12-month warranty for refurbished devices, ensuring peace of mind with your purchase.
